Join us on on our 2013 excursion to Washington DC, New York City, San Francisco, and The Virgin Islands!
Tanzene was a 2012 participant and now the Give Back(packing) Intern. She is an advertising major at The University of Georgia.
Tanzene has since received and accepted a job offer in Atlanta upon her return from the Give Back(packing) Summer Excursion. One of her favorite parts of the 2012 program was snorkeling and sailing around The Virgin Islands.
Renee is excited to give back all around the country while connecting with professionals in her area of interest: PR & Fashion Merchandising. Renee is also interested in learning about photography, journalism, and advertising. She is a native of New York but excited to immerse herself in the culture and history of each city we visit.
Liam is ready to travel and help those improve local communities while applying his coursework to the real world. He is also excited to meet professionals and other students from across the country to learn more about the world around him. In his spare time he is a Legal blogger, traveler, and enjoys movies.
Alyssa Lagimoniere

Alyssa is a sophomore and ready to explore her passion in advertising all while helping those in need through local service projects. She is very involved in Wesley and Freshley and helps with UGA’s yearbook: Pandora. She felt Give Back(packing) hit all areas of interest from developing herself professionally, giving back, and immersing herself in the cities she may live one day. She plans to travel the world through World Race after graduation.
Dana is a Senior at The University of Georgia. She is an agribusiness but open to exploring many different paths. She's excited to get out and explore the cities and opportunities across the country. One of her dreams is to own a vegan restaurant later in life. She likes to help with several causes and is very knowledgeable of the world around her.
Erin is a sophomore at UGA and wants to explore more of her passion in PR while giving back to those in need. She is most excited to get out there and explore the cities and network with professionals across many different fields. She is a member of UGA Miracle public relations committee, UNICEF at UGA, UGA HEROs, Phi Mu, and PRSSA.
Kristen is most excited to travel the country and Caribbean and understand each city to the core. She is interested in working with professionals across an array of fields ranging from PR, Magazines, Corporate Retail, HR, Social Media, and more. Most of her spare time is leading 190 girls as Zeta Tau Alpha's President.
Shannon is unsure of her career path and wants to explore many opportunities but has a passion to travel. She is excited to combine these two components into a learning experience unlike anything out there. She wants to explore many different fields in business as well as event planning. She is in Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and is an active member of UGA Miracle.
Brooke is a free spirit and is looking for new experiences to expand her professional and personal life. She works at Half-Moon Outfitters and is very adventurous. She is looking to connect with professionals who love their industry and have a great company culture. She is also very interested in music and working with venues and/or studios. In her spare time she loves being on the water.
Sarah is hoping to pursue a career in Prosthetics and Orthotics and plans on doing as much mission work with it as possible. She gives back through UGA Habitat for Humanity, runs the Columbus, GA branch of the Habitat Gift Wrap Across Georgia fund raiser for the past two years. She is also a member of the Habitat recycling committee and UGA Amnesty international. She believes being able to help others is a humbling and wonderful learning experience and why she chose Give Back(packing).
Marcie is a sophomore at The University of Georgia and pursuing a Marketing degree at the Terry College of Business. Marcie is also interested in the real estate and food industry. Marcie has mentored throughout high school and college through various programs such as Athens-Clarke Country Mentor Program and UGA HEROs. She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha.
