Trip Details
So how does this trip actually work?
It looks however you want it to look! We give you the tools and resources to build your own professional development web to reach out to as many contacts in each area as you see fit! We promise it's not that hard. This past year alone we had over 60 different job shadows happen over the month. Some were individual shadows while some were small groups. On average between group and individual shadows, each participant completed between 5-10 shadows, while some did as many as 15! We work with you to understand the power of networking so it becomes fun and rewarding versus draining and boring. We setup everything else from lodging, major transportation, group adventures, service projects, etc. We will consult and work with you so that you are ready to reach out to people across the country and build those connections. You are going to have to do it one day anyway, so why not do it when you can have help and be able to work with your peers! Invest in your future. The earlier you invest, the more rewarding it will be later.

ADVENTURE

Pushing Limits
"It challenges you in ways you never thought and a chance to learn some incredible things about yourself and the people around you"
-Abigail, UGA Sophomore
We have expanded our classroom/office to the streets and outdoors of every city. It's just as important to love the city as much as the job. Our holistic approach allows the individual to learn hands-on about the city and what it all has to offer. We do many group activities in each city which allows the person to fully immerse themselves in the culture, history, and vibe of each city. Learning in a different environment allows the individual to expand their mind and push their limits.
A few of our adventures featured food tours, three day professionally guided camping trip to Yosemite National Park, bike tours, Night National Mall Tour, Networking Happy Hours, Full-Day Snorkel-Sail around The Virgin Islands, kayaking and snorkeling trip, Hikes around Virgin Islands National Park in St. John, City Tours, and more!
SERVICE

Pay It Forward
"It's a one in a lifetime opportunity to travel with like-minded people, grow together, and give back"
-Onyale, UGA Sophomore
We believe service should be incorporated into anything and everything you do. While we visit each city we make sure to give back. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a major role in how businesses operate today, and we want to be at the forefront of that movement. All of our service opportunities are hands-on and fun; whether we are helping kids, picking up trash, or feeding needy families.
Our past trips included working with The Special Olympics Summer Games DC, helping kids learn about the environment at Virgin Islands Environmental Research Station (V.I.E.R.S.), teach elementary students how to snorkel/swim with The Virgin Islands National Park, cleaning parks and beaches, feeding needy families at The Raphael House in San Francisco, preparing food at DC Central Kitchen and more!
